A New Year’s Resolution: Cut Down Sugar for a Healthy Diet

Too much sugar is bad for health & can lead to pre-diabetes, diabetes, or other health problems.

That is why so many healthy diets cut out sweets.

So what can a person eat?

Whole grain breads in moderation. Whole grains have fiber.  Fruits and vegetables, particularly vegetables. Nuts are good as well.
