Caring for a loved one is a noble cause. But, sometimes we all need a helping hand – and that’s where Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) Program comes in!
If you care for a senior or a person with a disability at home, you may be eligible to receive financial support and caregiver training.
Home Nurse Inc, a senior care agency based in Griffin, is here to help you apply.
“Structured Family Caregiving is a new Medicare service which offers coaching and financial support to primary caregivers,” said Home Nurse Inc CEO Miranda Roberson, RN.
“Applicants need to satisfy a number of requirements, including living in the same home with the person who receives the care,” she added.
For your application to be successful, you must meet a set of requirements, which you can find on the Home Nurse Inc website.
And if you meet all the requirements, you will get weekly compensation and health coaching from Home Nurse Inc’s team of nurses.
