Drug Attorney In Omaha Foresees Significant Increase In I-80 Marijuana Arrests

Increased scrutiny over drugs will result in more stops and marijuana arrests on I-80 in Omaha for charges ranging from possession to trafficking.
Nebraska drug officials won’t be the only ones making the stops on I-80 in Omaha – nationwide, there have been more drug stops in the midwest.
For every seizure, they make of huge amounts of drugs, simple possession charges on I-80 accrue. This may disproportionally impact Nebraskans.
Nebraska Drug Trafficking Attorney Daniel Stockmann explains: “Law enforcement officers need stops in Nebraska because other states have legalized.”
“In order to stop the drug traffickers on I-80, normal residents will get stopped more,” Omaha drug lawyer Daniel Stockmann explains.
“Medical marijuana, simple use marijuana, edibles, and even drug paraphernalia in cars on I-80 all lead to drug charges,” Stockmann reasons.
