The subsidies-for-all measure was approved by the House Ways and Means Committee, which also removed a requirement that low-income people pay
Since the program also includes higher-income people, those who previously made too much money would suddenly qualify for ACA.
Rick Thornton, an Arlington health insurance agent said this news shouldn’t come as a surprise to many people.
