Do you travel on I-80? It is a major highway that connects San Francisco with New York.
Labeled as a “Drug corridor” by law enforcement agencies within the state and outside of it, it will become a major focus of traffic stops and seizure
This could spell trouble for anyone who wants to travel through Nebraska, including those who aren’t guilty of drug trafficking on I-80.
Nebraska Drug Attorney Daniel Stockmann explains: “People who aren’t traffickers get stopped. Some of them will have medical marijuana on them.”
Those who use rental cars to travel will be the most impacted, and traffickers use rental cars to transport their supplies without being tracked.
