LaLiga has launched its new NFT platform, LaLiga Golazos, and announced plans for virtual experiences that you can find in the Vegas City District of the Decentraland Metaverse.
The first series of NFTs, known as the Fiercest Rivalries pack, can only be obtained by fan club members that join the closed beta testing group.
The Fiercest Rivalries series will include highlights from the most exciting games of the past few decades, including the El Clasico of FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.
LaLiga has also signed partnerships with StadioPlus and Vegas City Limited, two companies that specialize in creating unique metaverse experiences.
LaLiga may be a few months late to the game, but they hit the ground running.
