Several Cumbria based businesses are celebrating after being named among the best in the North of England by England’s Business Awards.
James Pittam Health and Fitness, however have more reason to smile than most!
Based in the local leisure centre in Penrith, they have won the Northern fitness category in England’s Business Awards.
In a massive surprise to the team, they also came away with the top title of the North’s “Best Business” at the England’s Business Awards ceremony, held at York Racecourse.
James Pittam, a former Royal Marine, and no stranger to shocks or surprise turns of events, was overheard saying that he was gobsmacked to win not just the fitness category but the overall title for north of England businesses.
